Bring your smartphone apps to Galaxy Book2. The “Your Phone” app has been optimized for Galaxy users with the “Link to Windows” feature. It offers a seamless experience between devices for maximum convenience. Use the “Recent Apps” feature to open the app you just used on your smartphone, even on your PC.

1. “Link to Windows” - “Your Phone” app: Users need to connect the Samsung Galaxy device to the Windows PC via the “Link to Windows” feature on the smartphone and the “Your Phone” app on the PC, and follow the setup procedure, as well as logging in with the same Microsoft account. “Windows Shortcut” is pre-installed on select Samsung Galaxy devices. The “Your Phone” app on your PC requires Windows 10 or higher. To use the “Your Phone” app, your Samsung Galaxy device must be turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.
Some smartphone apps may limit content sharing to other screens and require a touchscreen capable of interacting with others. On PCs with Windows 10 or higher it is possible to launch up to 5 Multiple Android applications at the same time.
2. “Recent Apps”: The “Recent Apps” feature is only available on Samsung Galaxy devices with One UI version 3.1.1 or higher (Samsung Galaxy S, Note, Z Fold, Z Flip) with these minimum versions: Your phone (1.21092.145.0), Your Phone Companion __- Your Phone Companion (1.21083.49.0), Shortcut to Windows (2.3 or higher). The “Recent Apps” feature is available starting February 14, 2022. Feature availability may vary by application.
