Imou Knight is a camera with an 8 megapixel video resolution equivalent to 4K UHD. With this security camera, no detail escapes its lens. Furthermore, this outdoor camera is equipped with advanced AI+E1 detection, accurately identifies people, but also vehicles and pets. With Knight 4K you can set a detection zone and a detection line. If something or someone enters this area or crosses the line, a notification is sent immediately. It features intelligent color night vision, two-way conversation and 2.4GHz/5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi 6. Thanks to IP66 certification, Knight resists any weather condition. Images can be saved locally on SD or on the Cloud service (optional). Image Quality The 8 MP (UHD – 3,840P) lens offers excellent image quality for monitoring a yard, garden or garage. The applied H.265 image compression technique ensures that high-quality recordings and streams take up relatively little space and therefore require less bandwidth. This way you can make optimal use of your available storage space and bandwidth. The Imou Knight security camera uses dual-band Wi-Fi 6 at 2.4GHz/5GHz. In addition to the wireless connection, the Imou Knight has an Ethernet port for wired connection. Advanced AI Detection and Night Vision Knight features advanced AI-based detection. Thanks to the AI chip in combination with deep learning algorithms, it is possible to precisely identify people, vehicles and animals. This helps prevent false alarms in order to send notifications only when this is actually desired. Furthermore, you can set a detection zone and line. When something or someone enters this area or crosses this line, the camera will activate. This camera also offers optimal security at night thanks to 4 night vision modes. Two-way conversation It is possible to listen to what is happening and respond, thanks to the built-in microphone. This allows you to have control over what is happening always and everywhere. The Knight is equipped with a built-in siren which will activate automatically if movement is detected or can also be activated manually remotely. Installation Download the Imou Life app (iOS, Android or Windows) and create an Imou account. After logging in, select the ""+"" sign at the top right of the Imou app to add the camera. Scan the QR code on the camera and follow the steps in the app. Then select the WiFi network (2.4GHz/5GHZ) and make sure the camera is close to the router during the installation process. The camera is ready for use in no time! You can opt for the Imou Cloud service for image recording, but also for local storage using a MicroSD card or an Imou NVR.
